📜 Policies

• Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in: 12:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & may incur charges.
• Identification – Valid government ID (passport, Aadhaar, driving licence) required at check-in.
• Payment Terms – Accepted modes: cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking. Advance payment required for bookings; balance to be cleared before check-out.
• Cancellation –
  - 48 hrs before arrival: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
  - Within 48 hrs: No refund, unless the room is re-booked.
• Room Rates – Inclusive of taxes; any additional services (mini-bar, laundry) billed separately.
• Smoking Policy – Designated smoking zones only; smoking inside rooms will attract a ₹2,000 fine + extra cleaning charges.
• Alcohol Policy – Alcohol service limited to licensed dining areas; consumption in rooms is prohibited.
• Noise & Guest Conduct – Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Any disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Safety & Security – Valuables should be deposited in the in-room safe or front-desk locker. Hotel not liable for loss of personal items left unattended.
• Force Majeure – In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government orders, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund.
• Privacy – Guest information is confidential; shared only with authorities when legally required.
